  • Assist in supervising staff including: recruitment and interviewing of retail staff, coaching / counseling meetings, preparation of schedules for retail staff in compliance with payroll guidelines and customer flow.
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures to include bank deposits, cash on hand verification, payroll processing, opening POS system, and signing and filing POS reports.
  • Enforce cash handling policies and procedures as outlined in the Accounting SOP.
  • Administer merchandising and display programs.
  • Verify that Rx information is entered correctly and completely in the POS system.
  • Assist GM in analyzing and make adjustments to control expenses and maximize store profitability.
  • Train and develop optical technicians on all pre-test equipment standards.

    Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • 6-10 years of retail management experience, optical preferred

    We are looking for enthusiastic upbeat people to work our Santa Photos this Christmas season. The season begins on November 13 and runs through December 24.

    Our goal is to have a great experience for each child and adult that comes to visit Santa. We want them to be smiling when they exit and remember our service as much as the photo.     • Run day to day operation when Manager is off duty

    • Choose the best image to print for our guests
    • Show the photos to the guests before checking them out
